10/11/2004 - It was a pleasure talking with you the other day about our experience with Moderra Concrete Siding. We have used Moderra on four buildings so far. They are all Family Dollar Stores located in and around the Phoenix, Arizona area.
On reason we decided to use Moderra was because it gave us the ability to keep that part of the project in-house. By not subcontracting that portion out, we were able to keep our costs down, as well as gain more flexibility in doing the work. We were able to stop when it was necessary to work on another part of the project, and then return to the Moderra when time allowed.
A major benefit of using Moderra was the turnaround time. Not only was the product extremely easy and fast to build with, the order to delivery took only 3 weeks. This compares to about 6 weeks when we use steel. Also, the service we received from the Moderra office was second to none.
I'm happy to report that the customer has been very pleased with the appearance and cost savings from the project. Interestingly, we've also had a number of other contractors who saw us working with Moderra, mention how good it looks and how easy it looked to build.
I'm sure you'll get quite a bit more business from us and others who have seen the four projects we did with Moderra.
