10/28/2004 - Thanks for the call recently on your Moderra product. I would be happy to share my thoughts with you.
We used your product on a Family Dollar Store in Phoenix, AZ. The sub contractor that installed it for us was ANR Construction. They had never seen Moderra before, yet they were able to install it without any problems. I was told the crew really liked working with your product. They said it was convenient and easy to use.
I was especially impressed with your delivery time and estimate of materials. As you can imagine, timing is very important in commercial construction, especially when the customer is a retail store! The Moderra arrived right when it was supposed to and the quantities were right on. That eliminated a lot of headaches we’ve gotten in the past using some of your competitors.
As for the outcome, the customer and the architect were very happy. Even the city zoning inspector, who had to approve the final architectural appearance, was impressed with what he saw. Overall, I think you have a great product and I look forward to using it again.
