11/3/2004 - We began using Moderra two years ago on some small projects. Last winter we refaced an old 5,000 sq. ft. warehouse with Moderra and new steel. One of the benefits of using Moderra on this project was that we were able to work on it during the winter, which is normally our slow time. We simply attached the starter ledge and we were able to work on it whatever the temperature because there is no mortaring.
We do most of our own installation but we have sold Moderra this year to several contractors and homeowners after they see how easy it is to install compared to other masonry systems.
With the variety of colors, 4" and 8" block, pre-made corners and single and triple score block on hand, it gives the customer several choices when finishing off the front of a home or building.
Our sales continue to increase as more people see and are acquainted with the product.
