8/18/2005 - I began installing Moderra in December of 2004. To date, I have used Moderra on four projects (three large retail projects located in Rapid City, SD and one residential project located in Sturgis, SD). All of my customers were extremely satisfied with the final appearance of your product!
As a contractor, I feel that there are many benefits with using Moderra. Ninety percent of the time I work by myself with one laborer on occasion. But even with installing Moderra on my own, I install 35 square feet per hour if not more. I truly believe that I could not have installed a mortared system that fast, by myself. The superior advantage with your product is - I can install it in any type of weather. As a contractor in South Dakota this is a huge and favorable benefit.
In one month, I have sold and will install 4,200 square feet of Moderra concrete siding at two strip malls. I look forward to many more projects to follow! Thanks again for all of your help and continued support.
