10/19/2005 - I wanted to write you a quick note and let you know how our experience has been with your Moderra Masonry Veneer system.
We have designed your Moderra system into two projects that we worked on. The first project was for the Clear Lake Fire Department project located in Clear Lake, WI. The most recent project was the Wilson Park Renovation project located in Menomonie, WI. Our clients for each project were happy with the outcome of your system. The product gave our clients the finished look that they were looking for.
With your system, we were able to use a couple of different design patterns. For the Clear Lake Fire Department project, we designed it with your sandstone 8" split face block with bands of your brown 8" split face block. With the Wilson Park Renovation project we designed it with your 4" sandstone/brown Moderra brick with bands of 8" split face charcoal block. Moderra gave each of these projects a very unique look. We have found with your system and its different fascias and colors, it allows us to give our clients different appearance options for their exterior work.
Both of the projects we have used your system on were city-funded projects, so budget costs were a concern. With the Moderra Masonry Veneer product, we were able to fit that into their budgets, and give them the masonry exterior look they were looking for.
