11/7/2005 - Thanks for speaking to me today regarding the two projects that we designed your Moderra Masonry Veneer system with. I just wanted to put into writing how our experience was using your product.
After your salesmen stopped by our office, two projects came to us with the opportunity to use your Moderra system. We specified your product for both the Crest Baptist Church in Creston IA and the Sports Plex in Des Moines IA. The owners of these projects were looking for a product that would be less expensive and fit into their budgets. Moderra Masonry Veneer did just that!
Besides coming in at the right price, I believe that the biggest benefit of your product was the ease of the installation. The church project was on a tight budget, so they didn’t have much to work with when it came to paying someone to install your product. However, since the installation was so simple, the pastor and his parishioners installed the Moderra product themselves. That was close to 7,000 square feet! The finished look is outstanding! I truly feel that if your product’s installation wasn’t so simple and the price wasn’t right, the church would be just left with a plain steel building.
Thanks again for your help. We are hoping that more commercial projects come our way where we can use Moderra Masonry Veneer.
